This Privacy Policy describes how VividCraft ("the App", "we", "our") handles information when you use our mobile application to transform still images into AI-generated video content. We designed VividCraft with transparency and respect for your personal imagery in mind.
VividCraft does not collect, scan, store, or analyze facial recognition data, biometric identifiers, or any information used to identify a person's face. We do not use face detection, face matching, or facial geometry analysis at any stage of the App's operation.
When you select an image from your device gallery, the App treats that image solely as creative input for video generation. We do not extract facial features, build face templates, or create profiles based on appearance. Your facial information is never collected by VividCraft.
The App allows you to upload or select images and enter text prompts describing desired motion and style. This content is used only to fulfill your generation request. Images you choose remain under your control until you decide to delete them from your device or from the App's local work history.
We do not require registration, profile creation, or identity verification to use core features. No facial data is requested or retained as part of using VividCraft.
To produce AI videos, selected image data may be transmitted in encoded form to cloud-based AI video services that partner with our infrastructure. Transmission occurs only when you actively start a generation. The service processes your image according to your prompt and returns a video file. We do not use your images to train public models without your explicit action, and we do not sell image content to third parties.
Throughout this process, VividCraft continues not to collect facial or biometric information—only the image file and prompt you voluntarily submit for that session.
Generated videos, thumbnails, prompts, and related metadata are stored locally in the App's private storage area on your phone or tablet. You may delete individual works at any time. Uninstalling the App removes locally stored App data subject to your device operating system behavior.
Local records do not include facial scans or biometric templates. We do not maintain a database of facial characteristics on your device or on our servers.
The App may request access to photos or media so you can pick an image for creation. This permission is used only for image selection you initiate. The App does not access your camera silently, record video without action, or monitor your gallery in the background.
Photo access is not used for facial identification. VividCraft does not collect facial information through camera or gallery permissions.
An internet connection is required for AI video generation because processing occurs on secure remote servers. Network requests are limited to task creation, status checks, and downloading finished video files. We apply industry-standard transport encryption where supported by the platform.
VividCraft is intended for general creative audiences. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Because we do not collect facial data, biometric data, or account profiles, the App avoids categories of sensitive identification tied to appearance.
Content you keep in the App remains until you delete it. Temporary data sent for generation is used to complete the requested task and is not retained by VividCraft for unrelated purposes. You control deletion of completed works from the Works section.
Facial data is never part of our retention practices because it is never collected.
We implement reasonable technical measures to protect data in transit and on-device storage within the constraints of a mobile application environment. No method of electronic storage is perfectly secure; we encourage you to keep your device updated and protected with a screen lock.
AI generation relies on independent cloud providers whose own technical policies govern server-side processing. VividCraft shares only the minimum content needed to perform your request. We do not authorize partners to use your content for unrelated facial analysis. Facial information is not shared because VividCraft does not possess it.
You may stop using the App at any time, decline permissions, or remove stored works. You may avoid uploading images that contain identifiable people if you prefer additional privacy. The App remains functional for creative scenes, objects, landscapes, and stylized art without any need for facial data.
We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect product improvements or regulatory guidance. Revised versions will be available inside the App. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
VividCraft is a creative tool for turning images into short AI videos. We do not collect facial information, biometric identifiers, or face-derived profiles. Your prompts and chosen images are used only to deliver the videos you request, stored locally under your control, and handled with respect for your privacy.
